- In multiple sclerosis or cerebrovascular lesions, Muscle strength improvement is greater with tizanidine than baclofen & .
- The combination (Aceclofenac 100mg Tizanidine 2mg) shows a trend towards superiority in its efficacy and tolerability compared with monotherapy in low back pain.
- Tizanidine, when coadministered with an NSAID, has a synergistic effect in terms of efficacy and some protective effect against the GI adverse events caused by NSAIDs.
